Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

During holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically:

United States: 7–15 business days

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on the product, fulfillment location, carrier, destination, customs, or unexpected shipping delays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Multiple Packages

We work with multiple fulfillment partners to offer a wider selection of products. Because of this, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Don't worry if only part of your order arrives first — the rest may still be on its way! 🤍

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to begin updating. In some cases, carriers may experience delays in scanning or updating packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays outside of our control, including weather, high shipping volume, customs processing, or transportation disruptions.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier first.
